It’s crazy how no one is allowed to be human anymore. Jimmy doesn’t have to know Regina to be emotional about her sad experience with losing her son. It could be one human being sympathizing for what another human being has gone through. Also, Jimmy broke down…. So what? He can’t feel emotion? Regina has had two years to go through the grieving process, and tbh honest will continue. One can never get over losing a child, but that could be the first time he’s seen Regina since her loss and the emotions just hit him in that moment and he wanted to show that he cared deeply for her and her loss. Like go sit down wit the he should be comforting her….well she wasn’t the one crying in that moment, and she was strong enough in that moment to be there for him. Everyone needs their moment to grieve a situation and that happened to be his. Doesn’t matter if it was his child or not. Jimmy breaks down and cries and she comforts him? ….. umm yeah. It happens.

I remember first hearing about what happened and it broke my heart and instantly thought of her. I’m not a parent but I can’t imagine losing a child. It will destroy me just as much as losing a parent. As someone like myself who has been through so much with mental health and close calls, it hurt a bit extra and I felt for her. As a human being, you have empathy - you don't have to have children to have empathy. The only parents who understand what's she going through are parents who have lost a child due to suicide.
