I was there to see this taping back in July. It was awesome! My face hurt from smiling by the end of the show. Seeing Regina live officially scratched off my bucket list! I was headbanging when they played the climax at 2:30. :)

I wish I could see the whole show...never knew it aired on PBS. Someone had uploaded it a while ago but it eventually got taken down. :/

Why would someone do such an awful thing? I got so lucky one night as I was scrolling through the channels on my TV when I happened to chance upon this live show. Had never even heard of her or of her music at that time but once she came out and started playing i just knew I was experiencing something incredible. I have been trying to see the full live show again ever since but to no avail. Honestly haven't heard better live versions of any songs she played at this concert anywhere despite doing quite a bit of research.

@@evandoesthesex This concert was a great one for you to discover her through!! Remember Us to Life is my favorite album of hers. I can't praise it enough; it's just a goldmine of tracks, one after another. So for this show, where she plays much of her latest album, to have been recorded is a dream come true for me. It's so cool to hear other people's experiences of discovering her and to know the effect her music can have on those wholly unfamiliar with her. Anywho, I'm glad to say I can watch the whole thing whenever I want since I got the blu-ray some time after missing the TV airing. I am SO thankful it's available to buy. You should totally get it! It's 'Regina Spektor Live on Soundstage' and is available online as either a cd/dvd or blu-ray.
