It's good to see some positive news once in awhile. What if we expanded on the rv park with a permaculture campground...and a website with it's own radio, education, sound library downloads for the community...an aquaponics farm, a by-donation place to eat and co-op market where we would utilize trade to acquire stock, be financially transparent while paying workers a living wage...so not as much of a pyramid scheme as some places...and a cardio exercise centre to generate electricity and health data (which could be used to lower cost of living and raise quality of life)...an amphitheatre within a constructed wetlands, a geodesic dome for exercise and education...long term and short term stay housing including cob houses and housing made out of reclaimed materials as well as tiny houses...workshops to make musical instruments out of reclaimed materials made out of modified shipping containers, and a post apocalyptic graveyard skateboard park. For home based employment, we could create a non profit for kids and adults to have the option to earn a living wage working towards an ensured basic standard of living for everyone, from a place where they feel safe and loved.

The corporate world has privatized society, and now we all live in this corporate made dystopia. It's time to start thinking outside the box, and allow humanity to flourish alongside nature. Brilliant suggestion: the permaculture campground!

There definitely needs to be some incentives to the creation of more full time RV and tiny home parks. Glad this enforcement is on hold. People need alternative housing solutions. I would love a tiny house but currently there is no where to park one.

OK that's fair. It looks like a decent solution to our lack of housing. The only problem is that as someone that likes to camp in my RV there are few campgrounds left except for Provincial and State owned parks.

It's a complex situation, that includes hording homes, by corporate entities, and the cost of living crises, look into it. It's a perfect storm.
