Definitely needed your help! I’m currently starting medsurg clinicals next week and have to complete care plans, PR notes, medication administration, and a nursing note. My professors did not demonstrate an example of how to achieve a care plan so I am in complete anxiety mode right now.

(The explanation, then the specific time stamps) 2:03-2:52 The 6 steps to prepare to do a nursing plan in school Step 1 Read the Scenario Step 2 (Assessment) Look at your assessment data which is your subjective and objective data Step 3 (Diagnosis) Develop your nursing diagnosis Step 4 (Planning) you develop your patient goals this is the planning what you're going to do for this patient to help get them better and help them overcome this nursing diagnosis that you came up with Step 5 (Interventions) these are nursing interventions this is what you're going to do in order to get the patient to meet their goals they're very patient oriented and they're nurse specific Step 6 (Evaluation) You're going to evaluate how the patient is meeting those goals and if not you're going to redo your maybe your diagnosis because the patient's changed or you're going to redo your nursing interventions Step 1 Reading the Scenario 2:57 Step 2 Assessment 4:19-5:52 Step 3 Diagnosis 5:52 - 10:26 Step 4 Planning 10:28- 12:56 Step 5 Interventions 13:02-15:28 Step 6 Evaluation 15:34-16:30 If you're here, you know how valuable the information she provides is, so by no means am I saying don't watch the complete video.
