What fucking song is he parodying? I know it like my own name, but CANNOT remember what it is for some reason (probably alcohol, if I’m being honest). It was trash, but damned if it wasn’t catchy as Ebola-infected bedbugs. I feel like the lyrics were ‘I fly like an eagle’, but I think I’m wrong.

I rode a 2012 Hayabusa once. As Mr. Regular said, it's a very easy bike to just ride around since you get so much torque down low. Also, here in Chile motorcycle driving permits work just like that, get your first moto license, and ride whatever you want, no restrictions.
@Ktmzqw
@Ktmzqw 10 жыл бұрын
I never had a Busa, bot rode one that the dealer had for sale when my own bike was there for a service. I was surprised how easy it is to drive! It's not cramped (i'm 6 foot 3/193cm), it's comfortable and it's smooth. It also doesn't handle like a nervous track 600cc. Of course, it has a lot of power and in earlier versions, the brakes weren't up to par with the speed/weight. Still a very accessible motorcycle, much more than any lightweight R.

That Guy that's insane! in france, you must have an exam (easy one you get at school)+ an exam you have to pay and be 14 to get (300-400$) just to have a 50cc and be limited to ~27mph. Then at 16 you can get a 125 (only 15hp 900-1100$). from 18 to 24 yrs old you have a license for slightly more powerful 125's and then, at 24 yrs old or after 2 years of the previous license you can get a normal bike. btw bikes in france are really limited (108hp)
@WarDogTheAwesome
@WarDogTheAwesome 8 жыл бұрын
France sounds like an anti moto fun country.... We have some restrictions here A2 - Age 16 restricted to 14.6 hp and 11 kilowatts (Parental agreement required) this is around the 125cc range. This also has a theory test requirement (Which is 30 questions about what you should do in certain situations or what the signs mean, quite simple really), 15 lessons from a proffesional teacher and then a control test in the "DMV" lot. A1 - Age 18 (17.5 for theory test) up to 47.46hp and 35 kilowatts this is around 500cc usually. Theory test required unless you have a car lisence or an A2 lisence, you need 15 lessons or 8 if you have an A2 lisence and two test, a control test and a street test (You and other guys on bikes go to the street and a tester on a bike of his own come with you and tell you where to go and see you do everything required, you can't use the mirrors you must look with your head.) A - Age 21 AND at least 1 year with an A1 lisence. No restrictions no more do what ever you want, you are required to do the two test control and street tests and you're good to go. You usually take some lessons anyways even though they are not required because after so long you give no shit about the rules anymore so you need a bit of a refresh.

You need to find someone with a Kawasaki H2 (no no no, I mean the old two-stroke triple) and made a video on that. I never had one, but the legend of the 750 triple is that those who owned one either went to jail, or to the hospital. My dad had one. Went to jail for it. The thing that makes the 750 triple so terrifying is that, aside from the wibbly-wobbly frame and '70s brakes, it's a two-stroke. Two-strokes just aren't happy unless they've got a bit of load on. So the bike encourages you to give it some throttle. Things are smooth, and i'ts not even going all that fast. The revs build and it's making a lovely sound that's a lot like a Triumph Daytona. Then suddenly, the power output doubles, your arms get real stretchy as you cling to the way-too-high handlebars, and then as the front wheel sweeps past the vertical and your neck is about to hit the pavement, you remember someone telling you that 60% of the weight is on the rear. They're awesome.

JETZcorp I owned a '69 H1(500cc), was supposed to do 0--60 in 4 sec. Had a power band from 4500 to about 7000, was tough to ride "two up" because it only put out about 9HP up to 2000RPM. Traded the H1 on a '75 Z1B, never looked back. The power band was SO wide that it was PURE PLEASURE to ride even "two up". The 2-strokes are great on the track, but in city traffic not so much!

I bought an h2 in 1985, i was 19. It had basani chambers, clip ons and a 1/4 fairing. The second week i owned it i got the front wheel about two feet off the ground in traffic and dropped the front wheel on the back bumper of a honda civic going about 45 mph. Miraculously kept it upright, went directly home, parked it and threw up. I later bought a gpz550. Never looked back.

Jason Moonsmith why did "midlife crisis" offend you? Its a common thing man, like a common cold, everybody gets it. Do you get offended if someone tells you, you've a cold? Lol. + you're wrong, my target is 60-65 range to die. Because after 70, you dont feel shit, sick as fuck + cant see shit. Annnd I am 24yrs old, i started riding on 15yrs, not because i am cool, its because i love to ride, still ride, no cars. So if you started driving & all of a sudden at age 35 if it makes you feel you want to change your life, thats "mid life crisis" even though it said "midlife" the crisis of changing your life could happen at anytime. Being old isnt something to get offended man, its a privilege of life. Goddamn overgrown baby! Get a hold of yourself man.

Man you said it all at the end! I loved this review, even though I wouldn't be caught dead on a Hayabusa. There's something magical about the pull of a motorcycle, beckoning you to the open road. I was a commuter on a Harley Davidson for five years, and it never was a drag. It could rain on me, be 35°, and I still got a smile on my face when I mashed on the throttle. Great review, had me cracking up.

They should be required, BY LAW, to watch this review. Failure to do so will result in the buyer being forced to, FIRST, purchase and enjoy a unicycle. Which they will own for no more then 2 years and no less then 1.5! I know for a fact that this review will live in my head for the rest of my life and it is most definitely the inspiration for me wanting a Suzuki HAYABROSA!!! Simmilar here in Australia but longer. You can get a license just for automatic scooters up to 125cc and motorcycle license you need to start on learner license for 1 year, then 3 years on provisional then finally you get your open license. On learner and provisional you are limited to about 45HP with a 660CC cap. It is done on power to weight ratio, but in practical terms about 45-50hp is all you get.

In Finland there is A1 with 125cc and max 11kW. Minimum age is 16. A2 is what you get at 18. Max 35kW, and can't be restricted from a bike that's over twice that as stock. (Used to be 25kW, and could be any bike restricted to that) A is what you can get at 24, or 2 years after obtaining A2, so earliest is 20. Unlimited license, no restrictions.

This letter you mentioned sounds like something the Japanese would do. The Japanese Government (and by that I mean, the Prime Minister) is still seen as an official representation of the Emperor. If they would decide to take action of the type you mentioned, they wouldn't need to do any kind of follow-up. In spite of the Japanese industry doing well, the citizens working in said industry still have an intrinsic respect for whatever the Emperor decides. Of course it would be denied by any company's higher management echelon, but action would indeed be taken without the need of any special laws to enforce it. Most likely the government figured out where things were heading, with bikes being comparatively cheaper to buy and run while being as fast as very expensive cars. The US government took similar action in the late '60s when the car manufacturers were trying to one-up each other from year to year with bigger engines and more horsepower without thinking to much of brakes and handling safety. The difference came in the way they had the manufacturers comply, with strict insurance, emissions regulations and taxes that made owning those kind of vehicles very difficult for the class of citizens most likely to get killed using them.

7:52 For anyone interested: This is how it works in Germany. At 15: Either "Mofa-Prüfbescheinigung" ,which limits you to 50 cc's and 25 km/h in West Germany and is not even an actual license and only exists in Germany , and the EU-Standard Moped license class M in the former east German federal states and the federal state of Nordrhein-Westfalen( in the other states, it can be obtained at 16 years old). This gets you 50 cc and 45 km/h, unless you are driving a certain Brand named Simson. Simson was the GDR's State-owned moped manufacturer, and in East Germany, mopeds were allowed to go 60 km/h, if they went 70, nobody cared either. So, after reunification, The government wondered what to do with these, technically illegal, old East German Simson Mopeds. They decided that all Mopeds manufactured in the GDR had a special law that allowed them to stay road legal and registered as mopeds. These Simson Mopeds are highly sought after and always modified, even if most of them are from the 70's and 80's, comparable to the Nissan 240SX. They're still very common. When you're 16, you can get a A1 license, which allows you to ride motorcycles up to 125 cc and 11kw, and a maximum power to weight ratio of 10kg/kw (This is the license I have btw) at 18 years or 2 years after your A1 driving test, you can get an A2(only a driving test with a bigger bike, no more lessons involved if you have an A1 already), ,which limits you to 35kw and a power to weight ratio of 5kg/kw. 2 years after your A2 test or if you're over 25 years old, you can get A (only driving test if you have A2 already). This is the unrestricted license, you can ride whatever bike you want.
@ryanm.191
@ryanm.191 5 жыл бұрын
In the uk bikes are restricted by power output in kWh. It translates roughly to cc as follows: 16 year olds can ride a 50cc 17 year olds can ride a 125cc on a cbt but not on motorways, or on an A1 where they can go on motorways 19 year olds can ride approximately 450-500cc (600/650cc needs to be restricted) on an A2 After two years holding an a2 and no less 21 year olds can get any bike they want unrestricted If you don’t have an a2 for two years, you have to wait till you’re 24
