Wow, my barber school was a waste of $14,000. I didn’t learn anything In school compared to what I just seen in this video, only thing I learned from school is a 2 on top 0 on the side. I’m glad I came across this channel. I’ve been cutting 2 years now I love it but not the best. I hate to compare myself but wow I’m really behind the 8 ball with barbers like you. What are so good about those metal (yanaki) blades that go onto the detachable clipper, I don’t think I have seen those.

I am an older barber. I started late in barbering. You talked about not having enough confidence in yourself when you was first starting out. How did you build that confidence. I am in the same boat as you were. Dreading going to work because my confidence level is not up cutting hair.

Best advice I can give is to surround yourself with great cutters and just keep on cutting. every cut is like another brick in the wall. And you are doing the right thing by watching online haircut tutorials and learning from other passionate barbers as well. it is a long process and it does take time but you’re headed in the right direction. keep on cutting!!

Hey shon why did you using 0A blade for clipper over comb instead of 000blade.

Rezel loT I like the way that the OA blade leaves a nice feathered soft look after you swipe the comb. The 000 is all the way closed which gives a much more precise close cut. The larger the attachment the more of a soft feathered look. Cheers friend!
