It's a painstaking medium, that's for certain. Mask art is a little more forgiving since the canvas is 3D. The dimensional qualities you gave that painting alone has my interest peaked at what else you can whip up, reminds me of Chuck Oberstein's work. Definitely keep us posted!

honestly, i quite like how that initial failed rehaul looks. it looks like he got soot on his face from a fire or something, like kills, but he got caught up in more smoke. regardless, amazing work as always on this one. gives me inspiration to work on my half-assed rehaul again

Elmer's glue works for crackling paint. Thicker the layer of glue, the deeper more prominent the cracks are. 😊

Hey Nick I think you made a great result the old Grove underlayer had so much structure. that if you want to make it like that you won't even succeed, if you know what I mean.
