It is quite curious that Reid followed the mantra of "what colour is your parachute" by choosing studying symbolic systems and philosophy that is still against todays trend:), but he advises to follow the trends and so on. Seems like the old adage of " Do what I say but not what I do" and because of that idiots like myself:) are in the Reid readers black sheep group of not understanding his book mantra of following trends and so on...Sherlock Holmes might have a say to Dr. Watson regarding this matter:)
