This reingite series has to to be the best follow along dumbbell workout online. I love that we can feel like we're working out with a personal trainer at home. The form cues are simple, it's shot professionally and the music is great too 10/10 coach Ali & Steph 😎

In relation to my overall progress I feel more disciplined in relation to following the routines, I really like that the exercises are in real time. Thank you for your magnificent content. Awesome workout! Thanks Coach and Steph! I really enjoyed having the strength and fat burning segments together. Very efficient! The strength exercises really targeted my legs and glutes, the moves in the fat burning segment were the icing on the cake LOL! Will feel this tomorrow. Tonight is roller skating night with the kids hope my legs hold up LOL!

Absolutely, I would do the gains workout first and then follow up with blast but remain mild during the blast workout 👍

Why are the weights so much lighter than say gains, I can understand that maybe because of heart rate, fat burning but they seem so low??
