@viafrequency Thank you. In today's society, detoxing is the key to living a healthy life. Detoxing comes in many forms like Reiki, yoga, pilates, enemas, eating clean, healthy foods. I have been doing enemas and yoga since 1995 when I was a 13 year old Yogi practicing Hatha Yoga and Hatha Yoga Basti Kriya or yogic enema.
