I had believed that smokey quartz assisted with pain in some ways. Would you agree that this is the case? I defer to you because I feel like your experience is greater here. With smokey quartz being the stone of release, I am now wondering about trauma and the way it can be held in the body. That's an interesting thought for me. I am wondering if I have a smaller piece of this gem because "big guy" is okay for me to meditate with here, but I cannot imagine carrying him in my pocket 😅. ❤

Yes! I used to be a Yoga Therapy practitioner and trauma can absolutely be held and stored in the body. It remains there until we process it and subtly affects our health. I am so glad your Inner Wisdom led you to this discovery and the perfect gemstone to do it. Going through this meditation allowed me to see a vision that helped me grive and mourn the loss of being with my daughter. She is thirty and still alive yet it is best that we are not with each other. I love her and I belive that she is not a safe person to be with. The last time I saw her was January of 2021. This meditation helped me with acceptance. Now I feel more peaceful. Thank you.

Whoa, the train whistle really came through for me. My mom always asked, "do you hear the train?".. I could never hear it with my crappy hearing. She passed in August and I felt the comfort of her during this meditation. I heard the train and just about puddled into my seat. Thanks for the mom hug.

First off thank you for this one Shannon. I appreciate it specifically because I had meditated with it recently. I didn't know why it helped so much then, but I do now. I definitely feel like I have a connection with smokey quartz. Several if not all scenarios mentioned (in some way) struck a chord. I feel scattered a lot, I have what feels like a negative environment and absolutely have felt a sense of loss over some things in life and in dealing with traumas that have been retriggered over the past 6-8 months. Here's the cool thing about smokey quartz that I noticed: When I was just meditating with it, I noticed that I was able to reframe things about the "negative situation" and I felt less scattered. I do feel scattered again some presently, but having the wherewithal to reframe something in that moment, for it to help lower anxiety and to help clarify focus is wonderful. I feel blessed to know and I truly appreciate your offering this. It feels like synchronous timing. Thanks again! I hope that you are well.

I have commented before, but Shannon I wanted to thank you again for this. I have been able to meditate with black obsidian and other darker crystals. But, I keep coming back to my smokey quartz. She helps me to focus, in a negative environment, feel protected and help me to become less scattered. Sometimed I keep her next to me while I work my business. She helps a lot. Your meditations with the mindfulness and crystal aspects have made a major difference in my life. Thank you for teaching me and for thr difference you have made in my life. These meditations help me to hang onto hope and faith in manifesting the life I see coming. You help a lot. Don't forget that ❤
