... you are the FUKKEN MAN. ... THIS is the kind of Tech I have been looking for. ... so, for those who are willing to listen, i'd like to share a bit of my own tech that I have been waiting for someone to talk about, but seems no one has talked about yet, nor have I spotted anyone making use of it. And I would LOVE for you to delve deeper into it and discover even more possible Tech from it. ... the DF3 into Sentai seems to cover an insane amount of range. The DF cancel out of Heaven's Wrath and then into Sentai works just the same. ... the input is easy, but the timing (because it happens so fast) is what makes it hard to master. At least for me. This was kind of what I use in place of the constant Mist Step Wave Dashing everybody else does since I find it impossible for me to pull off consecutively. ... I practice this a lot in between Ranked Matches until I eventually felt confident enough to test it out in those Ranked Matches. And when I am successful in the input, the pressure of it and how fast it closes the distance seems to catch a lot of people off guard. Combos that end with Reina launching them across the stage has the opponent thinking in that exact moment that they are safe to get up without any follow-ups from her and then suddenly, she is upon them, already delivering the next mix up as they are getting up. ... I have also been able to catch up to someone whom I have wall splat from a great distance and was able to get a wall combo out of it. ... I really see a lot of potential with this tech and I feel it is better left in your capable hands to discover what else can be done with it. ... also, as a small side Tech, I learned something about my Personal Signature Move: The Aerial Manji. ... if you only input 3+4, you remain crouched if you input and hold DF afterward, which naturally I personally go for the DF4, and this has been catching people who have been wanting to punish me with a quick high. Not a safe option, but safer than committing to the entire command move, which leaves you noticeably more negative. Just a little something I have been mixing into my horrible Manji spams. ... feel free to look further into this tech as well to see if you can spot anything else useful from it.

Just to add on a bit about this 2:39 1+2 will also sometimes whiff against some characters (I've only tested Reina and Ling) it's more common for it to whiff against right ukemi than left but I've seen it whiff against both It will also whiff on Reina and Ling (maybe others) if they do nothing, no ukemi or stand up or anything The only thing that I'm pretty sure works on everyone regardless of their ground option and for the most part no matter the angle is db+4, 1+2 It does ~4 less damage than 1+2 but is way more reliable

I think its a bug it'd existed since every Tekken and has been addressed significantly overtime yet not to an extend of fully fixing that only certain characters with Full-Crouch tools can utilize to the fullest. (I don't like it to be honest even if Negan benefited from it) Jack-8 I think is the only character that can be launched even Lee's Acid-Rain as a i10 launcher if done from micro-Sidestep Left after landing it Not just Stomach-Crumple Stuns but Knockdown-State-Into-Guaranteed moves like Paul's df112 last hit on CH,Feng b1 CH,Alisa 11 CH and Leroy's ub2 punch sabaki (Many more characters have) have floaters that can be mini-launchers but Mishimas have this with their 122 aswell especially near floorbreaks at around walls with df44 2:48 I'd abused this alot with Bob back in Tekken Tag 2 and Tekken 7

Any notes on Reinas 3+4 rolling kick? I’ve seen a lot of players not finishing a combo but using it to breaking an opps guard instead.

Yeah it’s a great oki option! Not sure what the best setup is but I see a lot of jab after bound into f3+4 or heatburst into f3+4 👍

Can someone explain to me why the character often misses Before, you could hit when someone jumped out of the ground and you were doing a side step, now it didn't work at all and generally somehow weird Now most of the kazuya combos fall, even though I did them before without any problem and tracking the opponent can go crazy I'm not an expert, so I ask if it's happening or if I'm going crazy 😬

Wait so do you have to be holding down after block and shoft to df 4, or do you just hold df 4 after the first block for this tech to work?

Yeah but it was Japanese players I want to say who would save there tech for tournaments in some game. So there was tech that wasn't known unless you were in the secret pro discord, that's my understanding

Also, this predates Discord by like 20 years, Alex Valle started it at Battle by the Bay (which would later become EVO) in 1996 with the invention of the Valle CC.

Fun fact. This doesn't work with Asuka's full crouch moves. Which is a real bummer considering how good a counter hit tool FC df2 is. In fact, I've been experimenting with it and it appears Asuka's FC df2 is bugged and you will always get a crouching 2 jab instead when trying to do it after ducking a high in a string. FC df3 has no high crush frames, so you just get counter hit out of it. #JustAsukaProblems

Nah this is so stupid. This game is so inconsistent everywhere. There are so many low highs that jail on block now but the way you can duck after ff3 is the way all of those moves should be minus the few specific jailing ones. It’s like all the legacy skills are meaningless
