I don’t know if you’ve ever listened to the audiobook the 12 week year, but that could be really helpful for you, because it is an operating system of how you strategically ask yourself, those questions, write down the answers, and then build out a plan that you do every 12 weeks. Basically, the end of 12 weeks is like a New Year’s, and so you celebrate like it’s New Year’s, and then the next week you start on the next goal, it’s actually really fun 🎉

Doing a daily wake-up and bedtime routine is crucial and life changing. Once you do it daily, you can add more steps, combine steps, and do it faster. When I know I am going somewhere, I count the time backward. I include travel and parking, my routine, and getting dressed. Everything. Be realistic but stern with yourself. Become disciplined. Bad habits only get worse and more difficult to break as we get older. Love your videos, Hailey. ❤️

I’ve been on a reinvention journey to live more like a modern queen, so someone like myself that is a mother, a professional, someone that is educated, and running a household. I am also very service minded, and I feel like my work, focuses on service, and the job of a monarch is to serve the citizens of their nation. So the monarch that I am modeling myself after is queen Rania of Jordan. I went on chat, GPT and asked that, it generate a typical schedule for a monarch, and I learned that queens spend a lot of time planning. That could be planning events, or planning their own life, but they are very schedule people. So, to make that a part of my every day, life, I am taking a day to plan out my week in advance, every evening I look at what is on the schedule for the next day, and every day I am focused on, the tasks that I have to complete that day, and what time I have to complete those things. Queen Rania also loves running, which is perfect for me, because I am also a runner, and queen Rania raised four children, and I am raising two.

Yes Hailey. I have been wearing skims for about 8 mos now. Once you go skims you never go back. No more seems seen through my clothes and they have nude colors that match my chocolate skin tones. It looks so good! And they always have new styles to chose from.

This video. Hailey, i realised im currently bored w life. A dead end job and no hobbies for the last 6 months or more. Its made me come to the conclusion that unless i wanna change myself nobody will lol. I used to go to the gym eat well no anxiety ,going out but bc of some obstacles at career area i just turned into this work eat sleep person and im disgusted w myself. I forced myself to workout today for the 1st time at least 20 minutes and i feel better. Ofc i could do more but my anxiety is still there. Just keep trying until you get back up.Little by little is better as not everyone bounces back the same. Love this.❤🥰🥺
