I'm deeply impressed by Mr. Daisuke Nakayama’s baking skills and Mrs. Maiko Nakayama’s radiant smile as she crafts each beautiful cinnamon rolls. It’s clear that this work demands not only passion but also tremendous effort and determination. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Reiya Watanabe, who has beautifully captured these heartwarming moments. Your work is equally challenging, and I truly appreciate the care you put into it. I love your channel and the joy it brings. Please take good care of your health and continue the wonderful work you’re doing 💙

As a hobbyist and bakery enthusiast, this chain is fascinating and very informative as well. Getting up early to do what you love knows no boundaries. I watch this channel in the middle of the night while preparing batches ^^ Magic. Cheers from France.

Me alegra oírlo.

This is another great video! Thank you I have a question, how does he deliver the bread? It seems that he is selling online…
@reiyawatanabe2 ай бұрын
They have “customers” to whom they regularly send bread once a month or every two months. They make and send bread to these people.

Is it a CSA model? Do the members pre-pay for the bread for the year or season?
@reiyawatanabe2 ай бұрын
This is not CSA model. Their business model is not to recruit new customers every day via the Internet and ship bread. They recruit “regular customers” who ship bread once a month or every two months, and they make bread on a steady basis.
