Rejection is simply redirection, here’s how to handle it with ease

If you’re having a hard time with rejection, then this video is for you.
In this video, we sit down and discuss the topic of rejection and how to deal with it in a way that is healthy and helpful to your self-worth and self-esteem. Facing rejection is never fun, but if you adopt and reframe the way that you look at it, then rejection can actually be a blessing (or redirection if you will).
As someone who is constantly putting themselves out there (which inevitably opens you up to rejection), I know what it feels like to be turned away. However, with these rejections of mine come lessons and that’s what I’m going to be sharing with you guys today along with some tools to navigate times of rejection.
