Rekluse Core Manual™ Clutch Installation

I just bought a MY24 Sherco 300SE. I'm not happy with the clutch. What difference will i feel with a rekluse, especially if i use the OEM friction plates

Correct me if I’m wrong but the point of a clutch is to grab so you can move in gear so Im just trying to understand why you’d oil the plates
