8:15 I'm not sure if they dealt with that exactly, but Cody and Noel both have suffered from anxiety/anxiety attacks and they talked about it a couple times on their podcast. In one of the bonus episodes (you have to be a patreon lol), Cody had an anxiety attack during the podcast and Noel helped him get through it. The methods he talked about are pretty useful, too. Name 5 things you can see, hear, and touch (it might've just been see and touch). Another one is count backwards from 100 in intervals of 7.

About finding people like me... I've been staying home for most of my life [personal and family issues] and it's caused me to lose almost all of my high school friends. And I feel like I am around the age [25] to realize that online friends are mostly in the same 'stuck' position I am, so they wouldn't really want to help me get unstuck. I would like to get out and find those people, but am trying to patiently wait for this virus to end!
