When I was doing television work nobody would have ever guessed that I'm horrendously shy. Playing a part is so easy as an introvert because you don't have to let people know who you actually are.

@@AnthonyRecenello probably not Anthony it was live late night t.v. here in Australia. I'm in the field of tarot /mediumship. I read cards which is something I'm still doing ...just not on late night t.v. lol. I was very comfortable in front of the cameras I felt confident in what I was doing. Put me at an event ( especially an industry event ) and I'm usually the one sitting in the corner holding a soda water hoping no one notices me. The few times I've been noticed when out is honestly a nightmare for me. I've also written a couple of short paranormal articles that have been published and I'm currently working on a book. For someone who doesn't like talking about herself , this has turned into it's own short story lol. Love your show by the way!

I can't believe Chase is 28, it's not about his baby face because I didn't buy the "I'm 16" in OTX for a second. But the way he behaves, so relaxed and chill like a younger person (I guessed he'd be 23, 24 tops). She also looks younger than 23, she almost passes as an 18/19 yo

I was super surprised to find, especially in his interview for Kimmel, how well spoken and an amazing storyteller he is. Completely agreed. I love chase Stokes’s personality he’s so sweet and naive in a good way and you can tell he’s quite shy which I love because most actors are loud and more extroverts! He is so cute and yet he has good confidence. Chase talks about his anxiety in some interviews, and he has come so far since his past struggles! What a talented charming guy 🥰

i just recently watched OBX season 1 & 2 like this past week and became obsessed, and after watching so many interviews of the cast together and madeline and chase together i fell in love w them. he’s so calm, reserved, he seems to listen very closely to everyone talking, he’s funny without trying too hard, and he seems very mature. and maddie is such a sweetheart and i feel like they’re so good together. and they’re both attractive as hell.

[Off topic] Anthony, I listened to your Iconic podcast maybe a month ago and I think you're wrong about one thing: meditation. The 'Mindfulness' part of meditation is actually very similar to what you call 'Presence'; despite the name, it teaches how to leave your thoughts and be in the body. In fact, whenever I explain meditation to my friends, I use your analogy of the brain being the studio that you leave once you're done working. And mindfulness is not meant to be restricted to that time when "you're sitting like an idiot with your eyes closed" -- that's just a practice in order to become more mindful/present in your everyday life. Meditation, together with your advice, is helping me to stop overthinking and be more myself during social interactions. I really see strong similarities between the 2 concepts and I think you should give it another thought.

I think It would be cool analasy JJ (played by Rudy in Outer Banks) cause he seems to be the opposite of Chase. He is charming in a more extroverted way. And talking about the caracter JJ, he's always joking and being messy and puting out this confident self but as the show developed his background we as audience realized he kindda uses his sense of humor to not give in his problems and low self esteem, wich it's totally fault of his relationship with his shitty dad.
