If you feel someone is lower than you, that's your body telling you you are misaligned and have no business connecting with them. When you call it contempt, you are essentially dismissing your own internal guiding authority. Religious conditioning makes us disobey ourselves by gaslighting us into condemning and dismissing our inner voice. I'm sure you thought thinking someone is lower than you is pride on your part thinking you are better than or superior. But no. If someone is below you, your body warns you, and asks you to keep off...they will drain you, and drag you down to their level. Only connect with people you feel you are on the same level

I'm sorry I can explain😅I haven't been active much but I am glad to be here and having listened to this conversation,I can say that it makes me see so much growth within myself.My last relationship was a killer cos that man never respected me. He was disloyal,he destroyed my self esteem by body shaming me all the time,borrowing money yet I felt he would have been the one giving the money to me since I was 18 hustling and he was 25 at the time.I expected him to be more mature.Anyways,I have experienced so much growth and rynow I am in a relationship that I believe will lead to marriage.I loved this whole conversation and you look absolutely gorgeous❤

i totally understand when Lyd says about insecurity like literally you are in the office maybe something [popped up and you had to extend for few minutes but you HAVE to send them pictures for them to believe you are in the office or any other place if it's maybe 6 or 7 and you are not at the house yet. Wangu ady alieka whatsapp yangu kwa simu yake to monitor who i talk to.I lost weight upto 46kgs coz it was draining but i thank myself i left and few months later am happy, no stress and am at 54kgs.
