She's right! I abhor surveys. I feel like it's a cheap, phony way that businesses try to make us believe that they care about customer needs. If you don't hear from me after a transaction, you've done well. You want to show me that you care about me, the customer? Get rid of those automated operators. Give me human phone operators who I can easily understand. If something has gone wrong FIX IT!!
