SA & India should jointly set up an infrastructure development bank managed by an Indian CEO...The next stage should be funding infra projects , especially in East Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Egypt...indian companies , jointly with Israel, should then bid for construction of infra projects in above African countries... Development of African agriculture sector is another area where, with know how of India & Israel, self sufficiency of African countries in agri commodities like maize, wheat, rice, sunflower, palm oil would raise gdp of African nations...any surplus should be exported ....current dependence of Africa on Ukraine & Russia should stop .

Even before oil runs out, the demand for oil will reduce, since the biggest consumers of oil (USA, China, India) will continue to transition to renewables.
