I know she is skipping around a lot, but the customer seems to be having a hard time with the pain. So Thuy squeezes in one spot until they cannot stand it any more then jumps to another, then goes back to get more out. For those complaining about not getting the big one first, she always gets the little ones around the big one first because the big ones have a lot of blood behind them. She has also gotten marks against her for people reporting that her videos are too bloody. It makes it hard for her to do the big ones on camera because she has one group crying at her for not doing the big ones, another group reporting it for being bloody, and the client who is having trouble with the pain. Let us show some grace and encourage Thuy. She does a great job.

Years ago a neurosurgeon took down his channel, because he was struck so often. He said it was exhausting, and although he truly valued helping to educate people, as well as even helping to inform patients of their future surgeries, fighting KZbin so often, was just taking up too much of the time he needed for patients. I’ll never understand how they go after genuine medical channels, but allow animal and child abuse. It’s beyond depressing and frustrating.

Jeez if you've watched enough of these you know that the smaller ones need to be cleared BEFORE they become the bigger ones. THEN you do the big ones - they tend to be more messy and painful. If she did what you said, when the client comes back you'd be moaning that she doesn't get rid of all of the pimples first because it's 'job creation' (as if acne can be cleared in one session - here's a hint - IT CAN'T)

See I want to know the prep work too. I know Enilsa uses a chemical exfoliant that "uncaps" the pores & preps the skin & they take lots of breaks to wash the face & ice to avoid redness & inflammation. I've seen them show people around the spa getting treatments but Idk if that's separate from acne patients

I’ve seen one or two that show that. It’s usually a hot towel and/or a face steam, then wash, astringent, moisturize, etc. The steam and astringent help with the broken capillaries caused by the squeezing and breaking the skin.

Definitely need a tripod or something for stability - often the pop happens on the edge of the scene or outside it with all the swinging. Might consider using light blue exam gloves - it would be easier to see some of the pops which can blend into your off white exam gloves. Thanks for great videos! Truly addictive
