Thuy’s client today is a teenage boy, his nickname is Bo, his mom brought him over for acne treatment, she is a fan of Thuy, she said she watched Thuy’s video days and nights and never get bored. She bought alot of tools to pop the pimples but then she didnt dare to touch his face. She mentioned that she did took Bo to few places even dermatologist to be treated but nothing change so she decided to bring him here. The acnees are all over Bo’s body even head and most of them are inflamed His Mom also mentioned that Bo got pimples everywhere since he was a baby and the doctor said because she got leukorrhea and can not be treated when she was pregnant and it passed onto Bo’s body when he was born. ( i dont know if i understand her correctly, she said she got Huyết Trắng while pregnant ). Done the clip. P/s: thanks Suvi for the correct translation of Huyết Trắng. 2nd p/s: Bo went to see few dermatologist and they gave him topical cream for surface and medicine to drink but it does not help. Bo never do the acnee extraction before and this is his first time ever, his mom and Thuy did care him alot by asking him if hes okay or not at the first few extract and entire clip. This clip is only a part of the treatment. He can always come back

It’s a hard time for everyone during the pandemic and I feel like when people leave critical and rude comments they forget these are real people with real feelings in these videos. They take the time to record and upload these videos for us. We also don’t know the full process as we only see a small snippet of the process. We should greatful and kind. This type of acne is from environmental poisoning from Hiroshima and agent orange in their water and soil. The techs work in teams to treat it. There is a taboo against picking because their acne will connect and attach deep in the tissue and it will cause cysts and scars if thy tr o take them. The bad areas are where they tried to do it themselves. Many live far away in the jungle. And face 8 to 10 hour motorcycle rides to treatment. Even though he techs aren’t paid well, the small fee for communist countries like these can be an issue. Many clinics on u tube get Spencer’s from other countries to give them treatment. If you wants a channel w subtitles at a teaching school you can learn a lot of the true story. I can imagine how the people are suffering since these countries closed the spas over 6 months ago and won’t let them re open.

I've never used Accutane but I know it's incredibly drying so a chemical exfoliant may not be ideal, however, if Accutane is not given, a lower % AHA and/or BHA could be a great option. I never had acne growing up, even during puberty, but abt 7 years ago, in my early 30s, I developed horrible cystic acne on the lower half of my face, mostly under my chin. What made it worse was I'm a picker so I just couldn't leave it alone. After a year of nothing working, a friend suggested glycolic acid, something I didn't even know about, and 6 weeks later, my skin was almost completely clear. I'm now 40 and haven't had any cystic breakouts since. I get the occasional breakout but nothing major.

@francescaf grundy Blood usually collects in areas of inflammation caused by the acne,so pressure builds up inside until the area gets disturbed by an outside force. Which is why people's faces in worse cases look like tomatoes,so relieving a bit of pressure via squeezing or cutting,could help. Also,humans have a lot of blood,most patients should be fine if a little blood goes lost.

@suet.r.48153 жыл бұрын
I don't mind seeing it. Usually, it is due to existing inflammation and looks like more blood than it is due to a lot of 'water' being present as well. When it is squirting out (and clearly is not arterial blood), I'm glad to see that be released because it has obviously already been injured and blood is collecting behind it that can't help the injury anyway. - -It would just form a bruise behind a clogged, infected pore. Another plus is that the wound is being flushed out from inside. When there is infectious material coming out in the blood, I'm glad to see it washed out. [Edited for typo-correction and additional thoughts after seeing the blood squirting out near the end of the video.]

I had cystic acne as a teenager, one of the reasons I watch these vids, it's cathartic. It runs in my family, my brother had it too, and back then there was less good info and were a lot fewer effective treatments. Then Accutane came along and it was like a godsend. I know it's controversial and the side effects are no joke but they need to be weighed against the long term effects living as a teen with bad acne, both physical and psychological.I have thick skin so I reached adulthood with few scars but my brother had terrible pockmarks and working in a profession where looks matter, he had to pay out of pocket for extensive laser treatments to improve his skin. This drug needs to remain an option for cases like this. From what the translator said below the kid needs to get a better dermatologist.

I feel for this young man. His acne is everywhere! His mother is doing the best she can to get him the help he needs. She probably had to save up money to be able to get him to this establishment and can't afford a doctor. She just could have done nothing and let him suffer with this severe acne. But she a good Mom trying to get help for her child and I respect that. It looks like from the severity of his acne, he'll need more than one treatment. I hope it helps clear up his face. Not only does it look bad but it more than likely very painful.

Listening to the mumbling in the background and I was just casually listening. She has taken him to the doc, and he is on some type of medication, either now or before. She kept saying that he had it since he was little...practically since he came out of the womb. I want to say the the doctor said she had elevated white blood cells during pregnancy and it somehow effected her son...? It was elevated 'white' something...I'm just assuming it's white blood cells. My Vietnamese medical jargon is quite abysmal...growing up in TX. 😆 Anyway, they are just having a really hard time clearing it and he has it on his head, neck and back. Poor kid. He sounded sweet. @annebelgard67232 жыл бұрын
Antibiotics, along with many other medications, are sold over the counter without a prescription in many countries and that is the case in Vietnam.
@brendacampbell77972 жыл бұрын
@@janiceal-najjar5093 not “powers” per say and it could be Im using a word “prescription” that may not be the same as it is in Taiwan. When I was stationed in Taipei , Taiwan they had/have a form /way of getting medications that normally we (U.S.) would get when doctors “prescribed” medicines for us. Not sure how else to describe it. But it is interesting never the less. Most can’t afford anything regardless, but this instance - Thuy was able to get the medicines that is needed. The cream/ointment maybe something she herself created herself (?) like Ms. Enilsa has done with her acne treatment lines. She has the cleansers, scrubs, ointments and so on. All I know is that she would inquire every session if her client or “patient” -that might be another word Id use since some of her clients have cases that are something what we would term a doctor would see and treat. But she definately was inquiring if Mr. Houng was keeping up with the cleaning and applying a ointment that she gave to him and wanted him to use, diligently in conjunction with her sessions- and be it , the severity level this young fella had multiple inflammation, which had festered and liquified under the first layer and at points broke through the skin not to mention it spread to presented where every pore had large, white and at varies levels putrefaction throughout the face at every level of the dermis (epidermis). This ointment seemed to dry out the face especially attacked where the bacterium liquified the skin that had broke to the surface. The sticky, seemingly “raw” infected places. I hope I explained it better. Thank you for your comment. I did think anyone read them to understand, Most just want to be rude or sarcastic like they don’t have a life better than being an a@&$!!ole on the Internet. 😊 Sending you light, strength, good health and peace -B

@@mrkipling2201 I beg to differ with you @Mr. Kipling. I’d direct you to go to her website and see, that the case I was referring it is one and Her client-patient came back for at 27 separate, individual, hour long sessions to be treated. One cannot help but get attached to the afflicted. Especially those that are really bad - it effects the person self esteem, self worth and it dominates and infiltrates every aspect of their lives. Unfortunately the language barrier doesn’t help. Because then you’d know that. These poor people stop living lives that we take for granted because of what is happening with their faces. Some don’t go on dates, or ask women or men to go on a date because they think they would be turned down - some don’t go out to dinner or to parties because of what is happening to the faces. Even still there are others that think it is a curse, that they did something wrong - too much “I don’t care”, “Not my concern”, in the world today. The climate maybe getting warmer…but humanity?!?! Not so much
@brendacampbell77972 жыл бұрын
@@mrkipling2201 my suggestion would be watch something entirely different. Maybe meditation? hypnosis? Regarding the self respect comment you got to know what the word respect means and go from there the shear audacity of you making funny about a language that comes from people who have thousands of years of ancient history built on honor, integrity and respectability is what is truly disgusting. If I were you I’d take a crash course in human relations. As for your own Tourette’s, these proud people have a pantheon of Gods maybe one of them got tired of your miserably negative raciest remarks and Karma took care of the rest. I pity you really because you have followed me several times and left the same type of comments so I’d suggest you work on you before you because we have enough hate in the world as it is.
