That was good. Those roll ups are hard. Going to have to keep trying those. They look simple but it's really hard for me, to sit up with out putting my hands down.

I just read your insta post on being consistent with fitness and just do a quick 10 minute workout every time we feel the overwhelm of getting back on track... Well, here I am working on my consistency and taking care of myself after I don't even know how much time without being on the mat 💪🌞🌺

I just want to thank you. I see a chiropractor and I had gained weight. I used to be athletic and could not believe how weak was. I was completing your bedtime routine and couldn't do a roll up. Thanks to your rolled towel tip, I did all 10 with you today! The exercise on bedtime routine after rollup with bridge but moving legs alternatively I can not do even one. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you 😊

Congratulations on doing all 10 Roll Ups! That is fantastic! 👏 For the bridge exercise (which is challenging, so don't feel discouraged ❤️), you can simply stay in the bridge without marching the legs - and when you feel comfortable, you can start with trying one or two at a time. And know that with consistency, you will only continue to make progress!

Hi Robin @ThebalancedlifepilateswithRobinLong, I was going to try this before making supper but I cannot do any kind of roll up at all. Any suggestions? Last year in working with your KZbins, I was able to do somewhat, this year being worse physically with fibromyalgia and spinal issues, I can't at all. Do you have any pilates I can do on the mat without a roll up? Thanks so much, Jillie from Instagram and FB

Hi Jillie! Always feel free to modify the exercise by only going up as far as what's comfortable for you. Alternatively, you're more than welcome to skip or replace the exercise with another, such as a plank. 😊

Are any of these movements not recommended for people with pelvic floor issues? I had a complete hysterectomy 6 months ago and am trying to regain fitness with pilates but don't want to do more harm than good. Thanks for the info and am enjoying your videos!
