Hey Ash ! Today wasn't as easy as other days (I always find this is the case when I run in the morning, even if I do an extended pre-run stretch... thoughts?) so I really appreciated when you said we're not machines and to accept these days as part of the process.. thank you!

Thanks to you too, I'm so glad you felt the benefits of this stretch after your run and you enjoy my videos 😀 it could be any number of things. You may be running fasted and not has as much energy, you may have slept differently, hydration or fuel could be different, stress can influence our running so it could be any number of reasons really. Maybe look at doing a diary and see if anything becomes obvious👍

❤ Another great one Ash! For some reason my hamstrings were very tight after my run (did lower body workout yesterday 🤔) and this practice made them feel better! Had a beautiful November day to run today here in New England- 60 degrees !!! Had to take advantage of that before the cold and snow come!!

Thank you Ash! Today I needed to hear your words of encouragement, after a difficult run. I couldn't run for a few days because I was sick, and today it was a challenge to come back. You saying in this video that some days feel worst than others helped me a lot to know I am not alone. And, of course, the stretching felt awesome. I needed to relax with it, and I did. Thank you again!

We do all need a reminder sometimes that its not all perfect and to ride the waves when the times are a little bit challenging and to just show up next time we get the opportunity. Thank you, Ash for another great post run stretch! I seem to hold my stress in my glutes as they are extremely tight and sometimes painful. The windshield stretches help. Run today was recovery from pushing so hard on Sat! But I didn’t die! 😂 Hope you have a great day!

Thanks for video Ash! I have a question to you: Recently i overload my ankles/feet on my last run. Do You have any recommended video to rehab these parts?

Thanks Ash! 1st long run back was 64 minutes I was gonna run outside but we got 4" of snow over night so treadmill it was. Just curious what running shoe rotation do you have? Currently I'm my daily/long run trainers are Saucony Triumph 20 and Tempo and race day are Saucony Endorphin Speed 3.

A big thank you for stretching it out with me and taking the time to comment as always David 😀 4" of snow is a challenge, no wonder you chose treadmill! I wear minimalist trainers as I messed my feet up pretty bad and this caused knee and hip issues. These have gone since strengthening my feet and I enjoy the space at the toes and midfoot of a wider toe box. Minimalist aren't for everyone though as I understand people do like the feel of cushioning. I have a pair of Vivobarefoot Esc for my trail runs as they have a bit more of a lug on them and then Vivobarefoot Primus FG for when I run roads.
