Remove Fear, Guilt & Negative Emotions through Deep Breathing.
In this guided breathing exercise, learn to take deep inhales and even deeper exhales, to release build-up stress, anxiety and negative emotions, thoughts and feelings; specifically in acute situations. Just separate yourself from the emotional turmoilance and start doing this guided breathing exercise. Then 'wash' or put your hands, especially your wrists, in ice cold water for at least 3 minutes, and then come back. You will be Assertive, Calm and Strong to communicate and confront any stressful situation that earlier was too overwhelming for you, but now easy to manage 😉.
