Family and friends have noticed I'm so much happier and relaxed. This is the mother of all techniques I've used so far to help with personal growth and fulfillment.

Thanks a lot for the meditation. It's true that nobody explains how to meditate. The music is lovely. For me to say the word "release" is too fast. I breathe in, say "re", breathe out and say to myself "lease". So I also concentrate on my breathe. Wow, it's amazing how many thoughts were coming. I'll try to do it daily. Thanks, thanks, thanks!

Man I stumbled across this meditation as an advertisement before intending to watch an abraham-hicks video….And you said a few things that grasped my attention/ interest about releasing and it being similar to the idea of "Letting Go"…. and that foot note did it for me! I tried the meditation and found Joy and Ease in my experience. I Loved the Simplicity of it more than anything ESPECIALLY The soothing musical notes/ rhythm behind it. Perfect addition to my entire day that I shall add off and on as I desire. KEEP FOLLOWING YOUR EXCITEMENT!!!! IT'S NOT ONLY THE DRIVING ENGINE, BUT ALSO THE ORGANIZING PRINCIPLE TO ALL YOU WISH TO EXPERIENCE. Much Appreciation for your Creation!

Wow dude.... Listen....IF you're anywhere NEAR thinking abraham-hicks is legit you are probably in need of psychological help. They were debunked as raging frauds years and years ago. They were criminals of a high order who lied and cheated to line their pockets with cash and lived the high life at the expense of the people who are attracted to channels like THIS one. I don't know if Brendon is legit or not... Only time will tell. He is one of a great many people who shares his life-advice to anyone who will listen; BUT you have to be truthful with yourself and realistic. Face it: There are dozens of successful people like him online, on KZbin and writing books living a comfortable life at the expense of those who would believe he has all the answers. I'm not saying we should disregard what he is saying here or in any other video he has released... but you must proceed with caution. Don't look for someone to 'lead' you. Don't seek a crutch in the form of a guru. Find the balance and lead yourself.
@shareefchandlerel14179 жыл бұрын
Well I don't personally know about their past, and there may be a reason why I never knew. Technically for me The Here and Now is all that exists; so the past is exactly that, the past. I feel that anyone who is out to get over on people will actually attract people who are in the vibration of being "gotten" ... otherwise in the proper vibration, I believe you'd receive that "Gut feeling" guidance that says... "Maybe you should do something else..." I don't see people as guru's or Beings beyond comprehension and put them on pedestals. B.c. We're all Great being in my eyes with different perspectives of Consciousness thus allowing US to have and share different experiences. Money isn't the Captain of my reality; Not Spending it, not receiving it. I always listen, pick and choose different versions of perspectives that excite or interest me and apply my own twist to it so that it works for "ME" and continues to be exciting. And in the sharing of the infinite thoughts And ideas out there May everyone enjoy their experience and not feel "Bound" to the initial perspective given. May they play, toss, turn, flip, and flop the idea until it becomes an entire New creation. That's how a simple cookie.... Became a Cookie Cake. 👌👽

Interesting thoughts. I pretty much do the same thing really. I have to say tho, that I am immediately suspicious of anyone peddling free spiritual advice. Have you ever heard of Jim Jones? Not to sound mean.... but hundreds of people didn't get that they were being "gotten" by his bullshit. But they DID get the purple kool aid. Scary stuff.

Thank you! This is the first time I’ve ever tried meditation. Came to this video from Dr Childs- he recommends meditation for his thyroid patients. Yes indeed it was ‘clunky’ for me. Found myself losing focus at times and yes, the thoughts kept entering, had to push them away. Apparently I fell asleep or was either so deep into a meditative state - the commercial at the end of this video startled me into reality. I will be back tomorrow and the next day, and the next. …

Brendan burchard is a special Individual - his methods and teachings can recalibrate how we all think. As people we can become set in our ways - we can become ignorant and arrogant due to our beliefs. By investing time and trying a few different techniques you will be amazed how your train of thought can be changed for the better !! Invest in oneself again, be open , be willing , be bold !!

We do this in Islam during prayer. For our prayers to be accepted by the almighty, we need to focus during prayer to not think about anything in life. We only think that the we see the almighty, or that the almighty is seeing us. The movement of our hands at the beginning of the prayer is signalling that we are throwing life behind us at that moment and focusing on the prayer itself and on what we need to do in to do it in the best way possible. Then after finishing we sit down a little bit then get back to our life. We do this 5 times a day; and each session takes around 5-10 minutes. It's a way for worshipping the almighty and at the same time maintain discipline in our lives. Not to mention reading the holy Qur'an at least once every one/two days.

I have been getting back into my meditation practice and it is so true. I try to do 30 minutes every night. I set the intention, burn some sage and a candle. Play some music and get right into it. It has helped me with my anxiety, stress and releases all my worries. I have noticed a significant different in how it impacts my life. I'm a mom, a grad student, an artist and work full-time. I often think how will I get everything done? How am I in this situation? Then I realize once I stop these worries and thoughts, I just get centered at night. The more I just say ok, I am going to sit in the tub for 30 minutes and release. It truly helps. It's like I'm a new person!

Some notes. (meditation begins at 10:48) Repeat the mantra "release". Close your eyes and repeat the word. And when thoughts come up, your goal is just don't follow the thought, don't obsess about it, just think "oh look, a thought" and come right back to the word "release". Rhythmically, he just says the world regularly with a calm and casual energy. Usually, he does it silently, but often he starts saying it out loud to get into his rhythm and transitions to saying it in his head. When you use your voice the mind commands its focus to that verbal aspect of communicating, which can help you focus and rid yourself of thoughts. The word release was chosen because of its meaning of "letting go of". For Brendon, in this context it means two things: 1) when a thought comes up in the meditation, you see it and release it. 2) of course it also means to release tension in your body. Find looseness and relaxation in your muscles. You can sense the tension in your body, and by saying "release" you remind yourself to release that part that's holding tension. You can use your own rhythm and word. Try it as is to start with. You'll find your own rhythm. By the third day and onwards, you'll really feel the powerful and energising effect of this meditation. Brendon does this most of the time without sound, but when he began he needed some sound.

It's not about the word "release." It's about personal connection to a mantra, whatever the words or sounds. Keeping the mind focused is what meditation is. Mindfulness. When a stray thought appears as is completely natural, it is acknowledged, dismissed, and the attention is placed back on whichever meaningful mantra is being used. This activity strengthens our ability to concentrate. We can use this in every area of life where we want to or need to have complete attention. However, it is not a panacea for physical well being, mental stress nor emotional distress. People try to sell it as such and it simply isn't.

Brendon - I have made this video a part of my routine twice a day, and it has been awesome! However, just about a week ago I noticed a commercial is coming in to the meditation about a minute in, which is startling. Thankfully, it’s in the same place so I’ve figured out how to navigate it, but it’s not really appropriate for a meditation video. I just wanted to make you aware because you may not know about this. And perhaps there’s nothing you can do, but it would be nice to have this meditation video commercial free again. Bringing the JOY!!! 😎

Powerful content @Brendon. Quantum physics is the highest form of proof we have of how mind and spirit co-create matter but we first need to make space. Releasing is the first step for any creation! I am involved in the same line of work from a quantum physic/subconscious mind perspective. Release and clear the clutter🙌🙏. Then, the sky is not the limit, the mind is!

Interesting! Thank you! Can you please recommend a good practical book or 2 explaining about this? Mind spirit cocreating matter? Co-creating your life and future maybe? Cool. I was a harvard student and employee for a long time and still this is very new stuff even there!!

I'm new to the concept of meditation but I'm really full on determination: I really wanna try to get deep, as Osho said that any human being has the ability and possibility to experience the nirvana, the illumination or however you wanna call it. Anyway thanks for this video, this is helpful for beginners like me

I should have put my comment to Zina out there for the public, because I've experienced much success with many meditations that I use during the day. It has been a Blessing!! I love the Peace I've been finding, it works!! There are so many wonderful meditative video's on utube. Just by doing a search on Utube for whatever you need ie: Sleep Music, Healing Meditations, Positive Energy....its all good!
