Together, the practices of Samskara (Part 1) and Sankalpa bring about positive changes in all areas of your life by defining and reforming your mental habits.
Part 1 Releasing Samskaras - This part of the meditation will help you find your self-destructive Samskaras. Familiarizing ourselves with our Samskaras or mental tendencies is a way we can shift from what causes suffering to creating contentment.
Part 2 Setting Sankalpa - Have you ever failed at a resolution? Try Sankalpa! Sankalpa is a heartfelt resolve or intention that is larger than life but also extends into all areas of your life at all times. This week , has being things, moments of triggering , hidden, old emotion, by a t.Describing the sensations, and emotions that awaken with this meditation, I will need to write you a full letter, but this is my short version. I started this meditation 3x before, and pause as I thought the needs of chores in life need to be completed and there was no time for me.."I'm not worthy". Today " My Jeep got stuck in the mud, the deep mud of my Samskaras ". By now, I whenever I feel lost, worry, I can find hope, with any of your practices, so here I am, as the driver of my mind, I choose a different road. #Mentalhealth.Thank you

Dear Claudia, Thanks for your honest sharing, including the feeling of unworthiness. My wheel has been going around lately too and I keep getting stuck at the bottom of the tire, then maybe something small happens where I feel like I am on top and I try so hard to pull in all the pleasure only to feel it fleeting. Then I remember to ride in the hub of the wheel in my juicy divine center, where I can just watch it all go around. Sankalpa brings me back to the center. I wish you the creativity and courage to find your Sankalpa and let it drive you through the mud and ruts as well show you the beautiful views. Peace and Light, Megan

Thank you Megan. Cant express in words. but I can say this meditation pop up emotions and show me things I was hiding deep in and don't want to see. I can't find part 2. can you please advice. lots of thanks for your continuous sharing for such valuable sessions.

@@jennifersimpson4067 thanks Jennifer. The yoga philosophies of Samskara and Sankalpa have been the mind mender for me. It’s not what I’ll do for you though, it’s what YOU can do for yourself 🙏😊 discipline and belief that you can change your thought patterns.
