It simply means they have a message, and they want people to know this message. In this case, Relient K wants people to know the love of Christ. Maybe through one of their songs. Or maybe people loving one song for the wrong reason, and later finding out about the bands faith, causing them to look into Jesus for the first time. There are many, many ways to spread the word of God - it's no longer limited to "Oh Lord, I walk by faith. This music puts most people but my grandma to sleep" :)
