You could have just loosen the front fog light covers. No need to go under the car.

ActivafeYT ur right but u could still make a little hole and add a but from one side and another from the other side with a washer and it will work plus the plastic cover if u ever want to replace it it’s only 16$ I been looking in to buying the new style for mine

You covered the air holes for the intercooler pipe. Am I wrong? I want to do this but don't want to block functional airflow measures.

the side splitter i made them fit they are made for the normal civic sedan but i made it fit by bolting them a dirffrent way and i got them off ebay and the red printstripe aswell they sell the roll on ebay

You could have just removed the bumper garnish and installed the plate replicator that way...

Lando_FK7 yes I hit 130 in my Si and no problem hasn’t hit the bumper or broken the plastic cover .. I hit also 120 in this hatch going to Tj ahh on the 5 freeway in Cali

It won't work on the Type R because it would block the fog lights.

u could make it happen i have a si same set up as the type r u coulf just use other holes thi is non fog lights my si has it and u could more it a little to the side

Instead of using the top 2 holes use the bottom 2 holes so the plate sits up like 6 inches higher. Thats what i will probably do because my 2018 SI has fog lights as well.
