If the majority of humanity dies, in just 12 years, the fish would become so populous that these people could eat as much fish as they could want. This is proven true every time there is a fishing exclusion zone made anywhere. It took only 5 years at the Goat Island reserve near where I live, and the number of fish, bird and sea life in it skyrocketed. You go there now, wade out waist deep and turn over a rock and instantly the water boils around you, from the number of totally unafraid and BIG snapper and Kahawai that race to see what is under the rock. If the world had no fishing boats, the water around their island would TEEM with fish and dolphins in less than a decade.
