Is there someone to call regarding customer support? The touch feature is not working on my device. I read that if that was the case I should do a hard shut-down and restart, which I did. That worked for an hour, and now the touch feature doesn't work again. I don't know if mine is a lemon or if something else is going on.

Can you explain how downloading ebooks work? I know it supports pdf and EPUFB files however it won't work if they are watermarked which all ebooks are where I buy them from. How do you use it without removing the watermarking through softwares?

for Europeans: do not buy unless you have a CC. for once, essential functions are only covered by the annual subscription, like data syncing, though you get a year free, you need to have a CC right away, otherwise those functions cannot be used. given the price tag, the superb competition, its just deceiving, a rip off.

Thats not true. You only need the subscription for unlimited Cloud space. All essential features are covered without the subscription.

Didn't get to anything I hadn't already figured out until about 20 minutes in, at which point, presenter started talking really fast. So, draggy through the unboxing and all the intuitive start up steps that most watchers will have already done, then lightning fast when he got to new (i.e., useful) content.
