After watching so many videos from your channel, I notice the progress you have made in the past few years. I think this is a very good way to improve the tennis level: record your matches, make some analysis, then share them. I learned a lot from your channel. It inspires me. Thank you for sharing them.

Excellent slice serve at 2:07. It can be a challenge for some right-handed players to hit a slice down the T on the add side. You made it look easy.

Nice playing tim! Sorry if I missed it but are you showing both first and second serves? I think I just saw the second serve that was bombed! Hey Tim, good job with the backhand returns. That's the most noticeable improvement. A couple things on your volleys. Your backhand volley goes crosscourt 99% of the time and your forehand normally goes straight ahead. Not sure if u were aware, but thought I would let you know.

It's interesting to see what 4.5 looks like in different cities. This is not a negative comment but I would consider this 4.0 in my city. I can appreciate why it's tough when people play in different cities and sometimes they are too good and in other cases they are over their head. Something to keep in mind for us players with people visit from other places - I think most of us want to play against people at our level versus play at a level that is beneath us. Who wants to win a tournament easily??!??!

The match and analysis were great, but at 3:10 when you start commentating over the match, could you increase the volume of your voice a bit more? The volume of the background I think decreased, but I still found it slightly difficult hearing your voice over the background noise of the match, so could you increase your voice's volume next time you commentate over your match? Other than that, the video quality was great!

Hi Tim, This was on my video feed and I'm seeing that you got something on your elbow. Are you starting to get some pain in the elbow? If so, I'd suggest using a different racket than the Babolat that you're using or might have to change the mechanics of your forehand. I'm still seeing that you're swinging close to the body and having your elbow bent more compared to your backhand. I just don't want you injured now! :)

Nice play, really good to see you improve the whole time as you progress. Keep posting, gives me motivation that my game will eventually get better! And i can see that you are playing a lot more aggressive, knowing a lot better when to come in with each shot selection. Also consistently attacking the opponent's weaker side with a fair bit of court craft. Try to work on your balance after each shot especially on defense, you are hitting slightly inefficiently some shots as I can see a lot of movement (especially your head), it will make you hit a less clean shot and may be hurting your recovery as well, which will reduce your ability to return to the optimal position on the court. It will really help with your defense while retaining energy on longer matches.

Hey Tim. First of all good to see you’re back. I knew something’s up coz it’s been a couple of months since you’ve posted in KZbin. Hopefully everything’s going well and that we’ll see more vids going forward. Secondly, excellent serving and court play. Lastly, try using a compression sleeve for your arm problems. I used to suffer from the same issue. But since using the 2XU compression sleeves -not intentional to advert but it’s made my issues disappear. Try it next time you play & let us know how it went. All the best and more court time to you.

Great video, if I could just say a couple things. I think you're a good 4.5 player but you do have some things you need to work on. I noticed your forehand you're hitting off your back foot a lot and when you do that you're hitting a lot of balls short that your opponent can just rip his forehand off of. I think you need to work on your foot work to be able to help you to step more into your forehand because it's definitely your better shot. But all around good hitting I def think you're heading in the right direction.

First off, love the videos. Watching someone play does really help. Giacomo seemed to be pushing more than accelerating thru his shots for most of the games. I think the reason he didn't do well is because you played so aggressively, and he had trouble adapting. He was hitting with more pace and spin toward the end of the video, but his errors went from none to some-Hard to really quantify as these are just highlights. Maybe, he just wasn't seeing the ball well that day. I had an evening like that last week. I felt like I was swatting a fly with a twig. Yeah, I'm from the South. Since this was months ago, I'll assume you've determine if this serve and volley style more suits you? It's great for shortening points, and works against those that want to just bang from the baseline.

Having said that, I would love to work with you. I was a former college club player and former 4.5-5.0 player. At this stage, you will be better than me in match play, because I don't play anymore, but I do coach. I really feel I could help sharpen a few things for you and get you to the next level.
