The 2017 Jags are one of the biggest one year wonders in history. They almost made it to the Super Bowl and fell off a cliff the next year. That's why Bortles and Fournette don't get lumped with busts like Leaf and Russell.

I’m convinced Kevin White would have become one of the better receivers in the NFL had he not gotten injured so much. He had all the tools and showed many flashes in his very limited playing time.
