Salam Bro , Sam Gerrans claims that "la yaqrabu" in 9:28 should be read as "la takrabu" meaning "Do not approach". Because of that he claims that "mescid el haram" is closed to believers . I dunno if this holds water , just wanted to get your perspective.

Salaam bro, Thank you for bringing this to my attention. In all honesty, this is a major red line I draw with Sam Gerrans - that being that his claim casts doubt on the authenticity and preservation of The Qur'an - a major undermining of the authority of Allah's Book. There are no other possibilities when it comes The Qur'an all mankind and jinnkind have analyzed and remembered to be 100% true from God Alone. I do not endorse Rashad Khalifa or his views, but this blog has a good article on the non-issue: qurantalkblog.com/2019/06/02/928-hajj-sam-garrans/ And finally this could be what The Arabic seems to be telling us at face value: "O whichever of those who have confided, The Incorporators are only an impurity so they do not draw near Al-Masjid Al-Haraam after their 'Aam of this..." the center of a globe earth, and the center of a flat earth, are not the same geographical places. David ewing jr, in one of his talks, mentioned Makkah of saudi arabia as being at the center coordinates of the globe earth standard map, and also as having the same amount of distance from the edge of all surrounding continents. So, only flat earthers will be able to agree to this claim that real makkah is where Hyperborea was/is?

yes exactly. There is no centre of the earth on a ball and the globe is not even a perfect sphere. The Ka'bah in Saudi is not even aligned with the cardinal directions and the landmasses are not even all mapped for it to be in the their centre. Allah talks about all the celestial bodies and from the jinns also acknowledge the correct hub they all revolve around - this is just not possible in desert arabia. The Qibla Muslims face goes straight across a plane like the sun, not up and down because of curvature

@@solaqurana So the preliminary step would be to convince people that the earth is not actually a globe, and only then are you in a position to convince them of makkah's location. First, you'd have to face a never ending opposition from the scientific community, and even if you succeed against that, then you'd face opposition from the Muslim clergymen, sunni & shias united for once. what beast are you poking brother :p

@@birdsongs482 Yeah I'm not concerned with convincing people about globe skepticism, others like Witsit Getsit and Endgame Islam have completely shattered the possibility of a globe spinning and hurling through a vacuum and people have the choice to educate themselves on the topic in this day and age. The psy-entific community have outed themselves as depopulating enemies of humanity with their recent and continuous consensus on syringe administered gene therapy. Sunni and Shi'as are becoming obsolete right on schedule and with Allah's permission I intend to remove the whole concept of Salaah, Qir'aat, and Makkah from their collective oligopoly on these topics, Insha Allah. The more one clings to scientific falsehoods and sectarian ignorance, the harder it will be for them in the coming years we have left. And Allah knows best.

@@solaqurana People's trust in mainstream science indeed seems to have shattered after the recent pandemic, and this is backed by official surveys. Furthermore, atheists like Dawkins, Sam Harris, And Neil Degrasse tyson have had their day. Now it appears, the only real opponent is within our own ranks. Our clergymen, our dogmatic ways, our sectarian philosophies. In your mission, I pray, May Allah grant you the ability to tread with intellectual humility in this wonderful journey. That having being said, There is this pattern in the Quran that the majority of mankind are astray/lost, and considering the Ayah, "Even if they were to see every sign, they would not believe in it; and if they see the Path of guidance, they do not take it as their way; and if they see the path of misguidance, they would take it as their way. That is because they have rejected Our signs, and have been neglectful of them." With that premise, do you not think, no matter how intense our effort, we may always stay in the minority?
