NEW DELHI: He wasn’t the classical spy who would go behind enemy lines but knew how to get the job done. Many would know RN Kao as the man who founded R&AW, India’s external intelligence agency, but that’s just one of the achievements of the man who was shy and hated the glare of publicity. R N Kao was my dads boss & worked with Mr Rajeshwar Rao , Mr Nair my dad fondly remembered when one of his assistant had addressed him in a memo as Mr Cow , needless to say he was admonished & this followed by instructions to carefully follow the spellings to the rest of the staff , Bangladesh followed by Shimla agreement , these guys played a very important role & most importantly they remained behind the scenes, no accolades no mention unlike what happens now , in fact if Mrs Gandhi had been for-warned of the assassination & was offered to revamp her security but she choose not to & paid the ultimate price .

Namaskaram Nitinji, Just a thing. India won 1971 war, but failed to move back illegal refugees the had settled in India. Government body should worked on more regarding bangladeshi refugees to send them back
