If only the government cared about this people half as much as they claim to. Guns woulda been an afterthought after columbine, but rather they let the problem get so out of hand that we don’t have a solution. Just keep letting these things happen, and they’ll just keep collecting their checks from the NRA, gun lobbyists, and the families who feel their “right to bear arms” is under attack. It’s all a grift at the sacrifice of the innocence of this country. Don’t forget not even two years ago the courts allowed a murderer to roam free because he was “playing vigilante”. This doesn’t just start and end with mass shootings, our entire culture has to do a hard 180 turn, or else we will suffer more and more of these unimaginable tragedies, more frequent, and more gruesome as time goes on.

It’s clear that no one wants this stuff to happen, but there is a group of people that willingly turn a blind eye to protect their feelings. I feel so sad for these children and parents and not wanting to be in this world because of these kind of things that I think are never going to change because they’re never going to do anything about it I don’t want to be in a world like this But I stay. for my child. The teacher at Uvalde took quite a long time to get her story straight about the proped open door. The proped door was reported the first day and something that important seems to me WOULD HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED AT LEAST ON THE SECOND DAY!!! Something does not meet the smell test folks.
