Awesome sit! I love spots like that! We have several old barns/outbuildings/old cellar that work just like that! They get used to the pressure from the box blinds we have and some times it’s just too dang cold for my climber. Awesome deer!

There may be more and bigger deer, but there’s more hunters here too. During the shotgun season you can’t drive a mile anywhere without seeing pickups parked in field approaches with orange in the woods. There’s at least 5 hunters to a square mile. Some places more, some places less. These deer are pressured everywhere.

I couldn't imagine if that buck made it another year. He would have been in the 230's maybe 240's. Nevertheless he definitely looked like he was 3.5 yr old buck body wise. First off, my condolences. Video Analysis: The progression quality (build up) from start to finish was inconsistent (quality). For example, the manner which you dictated your uncertainty of the quality of the deer due to its body size while leaving out the racks that you are obviously hunting made no sense at all. Perhaps hire an editor or have a few sets of critical and logical minds review your videos. You can always change the narrative / audio. Viewers know you knew the characteristics of the buck immediately, so the play toward the potential disinterest had to logical place, almost quasi soap opera. Perhaps that was your intent - managing perceptions. The overall video quality, thus w/o sound is excellent. Whomever put that together is professional. Easy to watch. The shared hunting strategies you employed were applicable and effective - well done.
