Where can I file a formal complaint against Remitly with the government? My issue has been unresolved for nearly 40 days despite multiple calls with staff and supervisors, and filing a complaint with Remitly -yet no progress has been made.

All this is from the senders end. How do you track it as the recepient. The app is also sender based. Nothing for the receiver. Can't even get your history
