Everyone who can’t start it, you need to power it first. See the cables leading too the water wheel above the nearby checkpoint? You must first process through the Primary Objective, until you finally loop around and activate the Water Wheel which gives the Water Harp power. TLDR: Progress the primary objective until you activate the Water Wheel, that gives the harp power

There's a book with the symbols on it with lines and dashes. It's to the left of the platform with the puzzle. Still not the easiest to work out though!

I did it by ear, notes are a scale. Easy to figure out when you know what side is low and what is high, then just follow the tune. I also play bass so music is a little easy for me to pick up on, but it is doable

red throne doesn't have the same end boss so you wont have to worry about this its the forbiden grove start

Nah the devs are stupid. I'll never understand why they put trash like this in games. It adds nothing. All it does it confuse people and destroy the momentum of your playthrough. I hate having to look things up but game devs go OUT OF THEIR WAY to make things overly complicated.

I cant seem to find forbidden grove, ive run around the whole map :/ can you tell me how to get there? is it only your campaign and I should re roll mine?

if you have unlocked every question mark on your map it may not have spawned this time but rather than redoing your entire campaign don't forget you can always just do adventure mode after you've completed a planet so you don't have to do everything all over...this is a seperate instance from your original campaign and will open up on at your world stone once you complete a world

it may be slightly different on your map but i had to go through the new dungeon door and make my way through i believe 2 instances 1 of which was a boss room before i could make my way back to my original place where the harp was but instead i was on the other side and could open the door and pull the lever needed to get through
