For anyone here looking for the secret and missed the description, you can find it behind the second pillar that spins. If you already finished the encounter you return and do it with limited enemies. This gave the Rupture Cannon hand gun, which is kind of like a shotgun pistol. I'm seeing alot of information about a weapon called the atom splitter being here but I can't find it is that accurate

On my run there was a weapon called "Rupture Cannon," which is behind the door at the end. Are they possibly getting the name wrong? I missed it but a kind person posted the solution which was behind the second tower that spins. I posted another video with that information if you need it and can confirm you can revisit after finishing the encounter. It's just like this just with limited enemies.

@AdmiralVic I looked up a guide it said you had to ride up 1 of the platforms the metal arms bring up the jump onto another broken platform I looked up 1 guide, but they got the name completely wrong then the second 1 said it was vault of the formless but gave really poor directions I did get rupture cannon however so idk what's going on

@AdmiralVic unless the information is wrong which is a very real possibility im just trying to find confirmation trying to look for a weapon that doesn't even exist because multiple guides have said it the first guide I looked at said its in the putrid domain but that one doesn't have mechanical arms

was wondering the same thing myself, but i found it. on the second rotating column once it rotates the first time, walk in there and stay until it rotates back.
