Update - You can replace Zohee's Ring with the A'Taerii Booster especially if you use mod duration fragments/Prism. And I didn't mention Prisms in this video as they aren't mandatory at all, I had on those that didn't match the build for this run. But you can use things like Mod Damage, Duration, Skill Damage, Armor, Health etc

id love to see a thalos ring in place of the ring of ordnance and something else in place of zohee's perhaps like the limestone ring for a further 7% damage reduction while than using the legendary prism effect for INFINITE nerudian energy.

Thanks for the build idea; helped me against Sha’Hala on my apocalypse run…although I still died a few times…those green orbs coming out the floor do too much damage man

Try with Soul Anchor (+20% damage), Soul Shard and Thalos Eyelet. When you have your turret out Soul Shard gives another 10% (5 for each summons) and if you run a summons mod such as space crabs, 15%. I'm not tanking, with medium dodge roll. Also the new scythe with shielded strike is super good.

I'm working on a Warden/Summoner build that uses some of that, but yeah this build is more for tanking

So I'm using this build but mine is slightly different. The key differences are I'm using the Phetyr armor and for rings: Thalos Eyelet and A'Taerii Booster. According to my math that alone without counting class bonuses gives me a 35.5% boost to damage. I also have a DR of 79.1% which is right under the 80 maximum. Also I don't have monolith yet and I'm using a pulse rifle with the song weapon mod. Might switch to monarch since I play with a controller. If I tried to boost this for damage, the best I could come up is using the Insulation Driver amulet and your burden of the scionist ring. Those would provide more of a bonus over soul shard but even then its a 40% damage increase. I will take the 4.5% cut to have almost max DR. With my build I just need 4 stacks of strong back to not fat roll and the Phetyr has better resistances for elements which need to be taken into factoring too for tanking. You could put on the leto set and reduce the bulwark I guess but not sure if the extra points for strong back would be worth it because I would want to avoid flop.

Yeah I get you, the build can definitely be tinkered with but there's something about never having to dodge at all I appreciate.

do you think this build can work with the engineer as the prime archetype? don't get me wrong, i LOVE the extra shield but i feel as if maybe the extra skill damage would be a no brainer, no?

The extra ammo given by Warden is nice to have and helps with regen.

@@TheZanzibarMan The build is running Ring of Ordnance. There is no need for extra ammo. Maybe on Campaign/Adventure Apocalypse it will be more helpful, but on Boss Rush it isn't, since Boss Rush Apocalypse is INFINITELY easier than standard game, since the enemies DO NOT scale.

From my experience, the extra N’Erudian energy from prime warden is better than the engineer prime because it gives so much sustain damage (especially coupled with the ring). Personaly I like dropping the turret on the ground, and shoot with a long gun like monarch, plasma gun or some balanced machine gun. Edit: the extra shield from not talking damage is also a Nice Boost.

You absolutely can, I prefer Warden because of a variety of benefits but this is one build where either way works

Boss rush gets boring pretty fast, with no variety at all. They didn't even include some of the best bosses.

No, just no. If you want survival ability, then ya go with the shield. Combat drone does no damage.

Combat just does so little damage. Warden is such a let down for the final archetype

Disagree, Invoker and Ritualist were both high damage potential archetypes so I don't mind Warden being more support/tank/survivability focused
