I know this video is old, but I have a similar situation on a 2012 Kia Sedona. Ebay lists a supplier that sells 'Prepainted to Match' parts like Front Bumper Covers and Fenders with Free Delivery and Returns. Some Body Shops may allow you to supply your own parts and do the installation . This could reduce the overall repair/replacement cost.

This video was helpful. I have a 2011 Kia Sedona. I take it when you buy a replacement part either OEM or after market it would have to be painted to match the van color? Or can you buy the part with the matching color? Thinking of doing this but I don't have the proper spray equipment to do it myself. Any suggestions? Thanks!

They are not painted when you buy from KIA or Aftertermarket as it could get damaged when being delivered plus they can't colour match your paint if they did. They could only spray the factory colour on it. Your best bet is to buy one the same colour from a parts van or wreckers. Painting it yourself does require a few skills and equipment. If you got a new one it's easy for a panel beater to paint compared to repairing and painting a used one. Maybe find out how much it would cost to have painted. You can save a few dollars installing it yourself just get them to paint it.

Thanks! I’m about to do this job myself. I separated the grill from the main bumper cover already. Looks like I might not have needed to but it’s a learning experience, right? Glad for the info about just pulling the back row of screws. You got any follow up videos?

I need to replace the grill only. Were you able to separate the grill from the bumper cover without taking the bumper cover off? Thanks!
