the puller from Advance works fine.. i just use a quarter inch extension in place of longer rod

I took mine off without removing the radiator and modifying another puller, needed one person on the ground and another on top because one of the 3 jaws was always falling off!

I've seen people use the original balancer bolt with the flange cut off to use as a base for the rod to contact so the shorter rods will still work. Watch coverman66's video titled "Remove any LS Crank Pulley using a Chrysler Pulley Tool.. Fast!!!"
