Appreciate you showing me how to take the drive belt off. Great job! Next time show the installation. Cheers.

Beats the hell out of pulling off both clutches as others recommend. Just changing my factory original on a 2000 Sportsman 335! Talk about a quality product!! 21 yrs of giver!!

SOUNDS GOOD BUT THE FASTEST WAY IS TO JUST CUT IT OFF. 5 SECOND AND NOW YOU CAN INSTALL NEW ONE.

right on! thank you so much for posting the vid! My daughter burt the belt today and we're heading to the local shop tomorrow for a replacement. Need to get her back out and riding!

Awesome! The new belt should just be able to be put back on by rotating the clutch. For me removing has always been the hard way. Enjoy the trails!

Hey can you help? Is it normal for that left wheel to squeel and make a sort of clown noise when you spin it?
@TrailPass3 жыл бұрын
When you spin the clutch or the actual wheel with the tire on it?

Do you like those tires? I'm only seeing a 251012 for the rear. Factory is a 251112

I ended up finding the right tires. Took the quad out today with them. So far good!

I have a Polaris 700 sportsman twin. It started having roughed shift into gear, and eventually it stopped going into gear at all. Is this a belt issue or something else? Ideas?.

COULD HAVE SHOWN HOW TO PUT IT BACK ON.
@jimmyjames10923 күн бұрын
All you have to do is take your hand and squeeze the belt in the middle and it gives you enough slack to remove it from the pulley. I had mine off and less than a minute easily.

I would use some break cleaner to get the residue out then seal it with silicone when you put it back together.

I could take a razor blade and cut it but what about putting it on
