Remove REAR Door Panel - Infiniti M45 M35

This one is on the right side of a 2006 M45

Question I hit the lock on my remote and unlock and sometimes that lock don't lock or unlock you think I can clean it and it will work or do I have to replace it ??

My rear driver side door is jammed (most likely due to child safety lock being stuck) would I be able to access that by trying to take the door off like in this video ?

I didn't think it would be possible, but I've had someone tell me that they were able to work a jammed front door by removing the door panel.
