You can see that the two straps hanging from the stern are not actually attached to the trailer when the boat emerges from the water. Those straps were not holding the boat to do the trailer.

You might of thought it was a slow simple video; however, your narration and at the same time watching the two boats attempting to launch along with Capt. Lance at the end was as entertaining as any other video. This was captivating as you told the story of the night clubs and after hours. Nice job Alfredo Jose Montaner. Keep it coming, your subscribers never know what to expect because you change it up, never boring. Other channels just show boat ramps while they narrate and describe what is being seen which is boring; however, you bring it to another level. Your charisma is no match for their attempt at being "you" because you're "you" and it cannot be imitated. Hit that SUBSCRIBE button and "Wait For It" Ya! ya! I'll drop the MIc..

The driving surfaces have ridges, but once covered in sea slime and mold you end up with low traction anyway. Now if each towing vehicle had a big front winch and some decent tackle blocks then you could possibly tie off to the last piling on the pier and winch out or use the winch as a hold line for the vehicle.

Hi Alfred, I’m from Texas and we frequently power load and unload our boats - especially if you are by yourself. Is there some Florida ordinance against “backing your boat off the trailer” or “power loading” (driving on to your trailer” at the end of your trip ? Also, because I was on my boat, with the engine running when my accomplice backed me in to a slimmer ramp, the vehicle started to glub glub - so I just pushed the vehicle back out of the water so the driver could get a grip.
@mikeyliah
@mikeyliah 2 жыл бұрын
Addendum: I always start the boat before departing the trailer. Get to water intake depth and start her up. If no start, then just pull back out to correct issues - no harm no foul. Otherwise you are at the mercy of the wind, wake, and condition of the ramp which might prevent you from sinking the trailer far enough to be able to hand winch the boat on.
