You saved my life. Thank you for this video. I have my 40th birthday in 2 days and the violet toner would destroy it. My hair was terrible, blu, violet and gray. I used 3 lemon juices with a part of condicioner. Within 2 hours my hair turned blonde and shiny agai. It woooorks 🥰🥰🥰👏👏

You're absolutely beautiful, even with the grey hair. You have awesome skin, looks great even with no makeup or anything. Thanks for the video, I needed a natural solution to this problem!

OK let me help you because I just had the same problem and fixed it. The advice to you is lemons and conditioner is ass backwards. Here’s why… Dot lemons and acidic products close the hair cuticle which is what you want to do after you’ve to condition your hair after you process it. WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IS OPEN THE HAIR CUTICLE. To do that you need alkaline!! Use clarifying shampoo and baking soda. Keep in mind that any time you were doing something to you remove color to your hair you must open the cuticle which damages it. Shampoo and baking soda/ dawn dishsoap, bleach bath...... all will dry out your hair and also leave he cuticle open! So AFTER you get the color out...... DEFINITELY DEEP CONDITION!!!! My fav product for that is actually VERY affordable and in my opinion works better than olaplex and smells amazing. It’s by Aussie “3 minute miracle”. (I have olaplex and it’s overrated!) I would not have paid that hairdresser until she fixed your color (that’s ridiculous) And also..... toner fades no matter what so I think that’s why the way you tried slightly worked. Your method would be good to use AFTER you remove there color. Just be careful that you don’t use too much lemon. The pH of hair is around 4.5 so it’s slightly acidic.... lemon is probably around 0 and that’s way harsh. You want to get it balanced. So this comment is probably too late to be helpful this time but maybe next time if it ever happens again you can try this or us one of your viewers can avoid wasting time with misinformed advice 💋

Your hair looks pretty after the lemon juice treatments which took the ashy toner out a lot. It looks healthy and shiny.
@GossipGirlXoXo1118 жыл бұрын
how many times overall did it take to take the toner out and how long did you leave the product in your hair
@ChristianaCarinaZ8 жыл бұрын
Well I guess since the toner was in my hair for a month or so when I filmed this, I could not remove it completely... but I was able to get rid of a big amount of the grey.. I think I did it three times and always waited for about half an hour.. BUT please know that I am not a professional hairdresser so even though it's natural I would only test it for a few minutes at first.. ;)

Do you think this will work on brown hair? I've been bleaching my hair to a beautiful and healthy blonde color, but I got bored so I went to the hairstylist and went dark brown( it looks kind or red tho) She has put a permanent brown toner on my hair and as soon as I came home I washed my hair and it got a bit lighter. It's now olny 2 days after and I need a natural way to lighten my hair. Please save me
@ChristianaCarinaZ3 жыл бұрын
Hi :) as I am not a hairdresser I can’t promise you that this’ll work .. but as far as I know this method is fairly gentle on your hair so maybe just try it🤔 but also if it‘s turning red when getting lighter maybe this’ll make it worse by lifting only the brown😬 so please only try at your own risk and maybe try a section of hair first... sorry I couldn’t be of more help . 😕

@@ChristianaCarinaZ Thank you so much for replying. I'm so mad at myself, I had this beautiful blonde hair and I ruined it. Now I don't care anymore I'm going all in. I did some research and I'll be mixing anti dandruff shampoo with clarifying shampoo, baking soda and lemon juice. Lets hope that I don't come out looking like a carrot :)

@ChristianaCarinaZ7 жыл бұрын
Blanca Gomez hii.. I can’t remember anymore but I‘m sure I mention it throughout the video.. anyhow I‘m sure you can leave it as long as you like .. let‘s say starting from 15 min up to 1h ... it’s not chemical so it shouldn’t do any damage .. but please remember I‘m not a hairdresser so I can’t give you any guarantees! 🤗

300 euros? OMG!!! You should have gone back there and demand to make it right! it seams your hair was not light enough for a whitish grey anyway. Sack the hairdresser!!!

Yes you are right! I should have done that... But I'm a pretty shy person and if I'd have to do that I'd probably get a panic attack 😅 But I've fixed my hair now so I'm happy :D

Maria Johnson since I am not a professional in hair care I can not guarantee that it won't damage your hair... but it did not do any damage to my hair... hope I could still help you
@aj79677 жыл бұрын
Thanks Christina. I'm just wondering since it very acidy( I believe I've read somewhere before that it's very strong and such for your hair) not that I can probably do more damage to my hair since this hair dresser basically just fried my beautiful hair about 2 months ago.. now it's time to do something to my roots and take out the yellowish/ greening brasines but I'm just terrified and especially terrified of any hair dresser :) Did the lemon dried your hair or felt any different?
@ChristianaCarinaZ7 жыл бұрын
Maria Johnson omg I feel you!!🙈 no my hair did not change or feel any different than it already did... but I did use quite a lot of conditioner alongside the lemon ... so maybe that's why.. :)

I had beautiful blonde balayage that was getting yellow, so I toned it with $1 semiperm color and it looked just like u lol. But $300 is insane! I hope the lemon mix will vanish the dead grey cast that makes me look dead sick.
