I have been sleeping on my back for 1 year with a Purple Pillow and a silk pillowcase. I love it, it’s the 10 lb. hyper polymer type. What’s really great is the pillow draws heat away from my head. I am a hot sleeper and now no more sweaty head. I recently got a Japanese Ice Silk pillowcase, it’s made of nylon and helps keep my hair smooth. Also I sleep with the head of the bed elevated which helps my sinuses and I do not wake up with puffy eyes. I have been making progress with my insomnia so I am not giving up.

I used to hate sleeping on my back. Now my bed is "propped up" at the bottom and top 30% (hospital bed). It is amazing. The bottom is for leg issues, but just elevating your head makes the world of a difference for back sleeping! It is so much more comfortable with that much elevation. I tend to fall asleep on my left side, but more to the morning, I might switch over to my back.

Ive trained myself to sleep on my back, took about a year to really NAIL it, the trick is to catch yourself when you get the urge to lay sideways and resist resist resist. It will feel like you won’t be able to sleep, but you will as long as the rest of your body is comfortable, you don’t look at your phone (looking at your phone will ruin nuke your melatonin and then you REALLY can’t sleep), just keep your eyes closed and focus on your breathing. I eventually fall asleep. I’ve also tried guided sleep meditation videos on KZbin and those have helped, just find a video with a voice you find calming and enjoy. I wish I could get 8 hours of sleep, I usually just get 5-6 hours. I’m trying so hard. :(

I tried the pillow and didn’t like it at all. One reason is that you have to position yourself on the pillow and as soon as you turn in the night, you have to wake up enough to correctly reposition yourself or the pillow just doesn’t work. And you can’t sleep on it without being in the correct position or you will be very uncomfortable. The pillow is also very firm and it has to be in order to hold your head up. Too firm for me. I returned it.

Wow, what a price!! Buy a dust mite allergen pillowcase. I push my pillow under my chin and sleep on edge of pillow. As long as your face isn’t “smushed” against pillow case you will minimize wrinkles quite a bit. No need to buy such an expensive pillow (unless of course you want to). Also, sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees ☺️.

I had to get an operation on my nose for sleep apnoea and I have slept on my back for many years as a result. Yes it leads to more sleep paralysis episodes but, I dont get as many as I used to and if I do, those are usually the occasions that I feel cold and scared afterwards and therefore adopt the foetal position. But mostly I go to sleep on my back and wake up on my back (I never got sleep paralysis after I fell asleep, its usually before I go to sleep when it happens and thats when I will curl up on my side afterwards. My cat sleeps with me and I think having cats and dogs in bed with me prevents sleep paralysis much more than other people in bed with you.

I use satin pillow case as a vegan gal I don’t use silk 😃 and I can say the satin is fantastic too for the skin AND hair so it’s a win win. I am a side sleeper and I can’t sleep on my back unfortunately, I did try though 🥴 so I will definitely order that wonderful pillow , thanks !

I thought the same as I absolutely love sleeping on my stomach. However I ended up with a double disc bulge in my neck, in the end I had to have surgery to fuse my neck, which means I can’t twist my head fully to the side. So I am now stuck sleeping on my back, which is the sleeping position I hated with a passion. I so wish I could still sleep on my stomach 😩

Don't buy into the bs about this pillow. I spent the $160 bucks. I am a side sleeper and ended up with lines on my face from the concave seams of the pillow!!! Very disappointed, given the over price of this nonsense!!!

Dr dray has a video on crow's feet and other anti-aging videos. There are retinol eye creams. There are also people who do use it but they do the "sandwich" method, apply moisturizer and let it dry, apply retinol product and let it dry, then apply moisturizer on top.

I wake up with more puffy eyes as well However for neck and sleep quality it was good, but as anti aging not worth at all
