Yes you can buy small deburring wheels from Amazon for a drill or dremil. They are great for the small tight areas

On the grinding wheel please purchase a white oxide wheel at about 200 grit. It's a sharp cutter and won't get clogged like this carborundum wheel, which could cause it to explode during operation. Safety first right? Also the finish you will get will knock your socks off. 10 times better.

Hey my friend. Ich have some ping eye 2 irons which I cant get off the shaft. I heated them up until the becu starts to color blue, but nothing got loose. I also drilled a hole in a piece of wood, slightly smaller than the diameter of the hosel and hammered against it. Nothing worked... Maybe you have some tricks or ideas for me. I appreciate it.

I can't speak for all Pings but did deal with an old Anser once. It had a ball bearing in the base of the shaft which makes it incredibly difficult to remove. Might be the case with these. Typically I use a heat gun to melt the glue, but that actually expands the metal ball bearing. Could try soaking it in ice water and be diligent. They're tricky for sure.

Looks awesome! Have you ever tried having the faces re-milled? I find that a club built with a milled face will feel a lot firmer with a smooth face (Not necessarily worse, just firmer). I have done a few but always crave being able to mill the faces to get the same feel as when new...

The sandblasting doesn't add/protect to the finish, it just smooths out small marks

Are both the wheels the same? Would you add 7g as a shaft weight?

Yes you can add lead powder into the grip end of the shaft and let it fall and set near the head and you will have your weight back.

Wrong snap paper dude. Try emery paper. It's actually a heavy cloth back specifically designed to remove metal. Much better cut and cleaner finish. You're using painter and decorator sandpaper. It's the lowest quality you can get and not meant for this application. Cheers to be of help.
